I Need A Wife

I was looking for the forward about women needing wives ... because I really needed one tonight. Came across this instead Why I Need a Wife (Jane Schlosser) In a perfect world, every woman would have a wife . Unfortunately, there is no such world, but I still need a wife. I have asked for a wife for years. Every time my family says, “What do you want for your birthday: Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Easter.” I smile and respond, “A wife.” They smile sweetly and respond, “No, really, Mom. What do you want?” I do not understand why they will not believe me. I am very serious. “I want a wife!” I want someone who will sort, wash, fold and put away the laundry, so I can pretend these things magically appear in their proper place on a weekly basis. If she could mend and iron, that would be even better. One Christmas, I included my own letter to Santa along with the children’s letters. It was not a long letter, only one request, but he did not answer. I am not sure if Sant...

For the person who has everything ...

or is really environmentally conscious Your source for hand made paper stationary. The making of paper starts with the collection and processing of the dung pulp. Elephant dung is typically full of short to medium grained fibrous materials from the elephants diet which when processed makes excellent paper: • We collect naturally dried elephant dung from elephant conservation parks and bring it back to our paper-making factory. • We then pre-rinse the elephant dung with water, leaving only the fibrous materials from the grasses, bamboo & fruits they've eaten. • Afterwards, we place the fibers into a giant pot of boiling water to ensure the fibers are super clean. After this thorough cleaning, any color that we may want to add can be added. • Natural fibers from banana trees & pineapples are added to the dung mixture so the paper will be thicker & stronger. You can buy them here .

TOO MUCH MAIL!!!!

(more than too much hair, which is manageable now) Ever get overwhelmed and let something slip through the cracks? Ah well. I have more mail than I care to admit, snail and e- that I need to get sorted and responded to. Not enough time in the day. For all you dog owners out there, you'll be happy to know that Zoe's teething is driving me NUTS!!!! I need like a gallon of bitter apple. And now for my shower ... I hate getting up at 4:30.
